Published the About, Contact, Methodology, Sources and References, Accuracy and Limitations, Editorial Policy, Report an Error, Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, Accessibility Statement, and Research and Updates Log pages. Added a WPForms Lite contact form to Contact and Report an Error.
October 29, 2026 — Calculator content expansion
Expanded the seven calculator child pages with additional instructions, examples, interpretation notes, limitations, and FAQs. Existing calculator behavior and calculations were retained. The weight-based water estimate remains labeled as a rough 30–40 mL/kg/day heuristic; activity choices do not add an unvalidated adjustment.
How updates are handled
We aim to review affected references and explanations when a calculator formula or major feature changes, and when a credible error report identifies a material problem. Each page should be read with its own date and limitation notes where present. See the Methodology and Sources pages for details.
