Water Calculators
Choose a water calculator for a practical hydration task. Each tool explains what its result means, how it works, and where its limits are.
Available water calculator
Browse the live tools by task. The estimates are general, user-controlled, and clearly labeled with their assumptions and limits.
Daily Water Calculator
View a broad daily fluid range based on body weight, with results in liters, US fluid ounces, US cups, and 250 mL glass-volume comparisons. Climate and training selections add context but do not change the numeric estimate.

Choose an estimate, planning tool, tracker, or printable resource. Where a target is requested, you enter it yourself.
Water Intake Calculator by Weight
Estimate a broad adult fluid range from body weight using a clearly labeled 30–40 mL/kg/day heuristic.
Water Intake Calculator by Activity
See a weight-based baseline alongside activity context, without an arbitrary exercise multiplier.
Water Bottle Refill Calculator
Convert a target you choose and your bottle size into remaining volume and refill counts.
Water Drinking Schedule Planner
Split a user-entered amount across a chosen waking window with evenly spaced reminders.
Daily Water Tracker
Keep a simple beverage log in your browser and optionally compare it with a target you enter.
Sweat Rate Calculator
Estimate session fluid loss from before-and-after body mass, fluid intake, urine, and duration.
Printable Daily Water Log
Print a blank drink log with an optional target line and space for notes.
Understand the estimate
The daily calculator uses a 30–40 mL/kg/day rule of thumb to show a rough range. It is not a clinically validated formula, a universal recommendation, or an individualized medical target.
Keep the result in context. The range is not a plain-water quota; food and other beverages contribute to total water intake. Follow qualified medical guidance if you have a health condition or a prescribed fluid limit.
